Cha Cha Cha Changes
Well it is official; I have taken a Mechanical Designer position at Clark Patterson Associates in Rochester NY. I will be moving from Auburn, up to Perinton (a suburb of Rochester) in about 3 weeks. This is probably the biggest change I have ever made in my life, and is a little scary, but it will definitely be a positive change for me. Although basically I will have the same title as before, I will be venturing into the HVAC design world now, which I am excited for. Aside from the obvious monetary reasons for taking a new job, I will also be closer to my family & friends, and in a much more “happening” location. Music is a huge part of my life, so being up in Rochester will certainly fuel my love for all things music. Granted it is not Nashville or someplace like that, but I if I want to go watch a band some Saturday night, I will have my pick of places! And because all of my recording equipment is currently in Perinton, I will be able to work almost everyday on the CD now…….. so the ball should really start rolling with that project!
I already have new diggs lined up, and will be rooming with my good friend and musical co-hort Mr. Sweeney. No more apartment for this kid! We will have a little house, filled with guitars, recording equipment and empty Bud Light cans………. I can see it now! Cru will be coming with me, so don’t worry he will still be blogging from time to time.
So in closing if as of late it has seemed as though I have fallen off the edge of the blogosphere……don’t fret, I am still here my friends! I am just extremely busy at the moment, but don’t worry within the next month the dust should settle and the smoke should clear!
